• Gold tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• VIP tier progression is determined based on overall activity and participation on the platform. 88fdb reserves the right to make decisions regarding VIP tiers at its own discretion.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

• All games are operated by a random number generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
• If an internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, the data saved on the 88fdb server will be considered final.

• Harassing, intimidating, or discriminating against other users.

• Assisting a minor in using the platform.

• Users may not operate any website, social media account, or campaign using the 88fdb trademark or brand name.
• The user is solely responsible for any content they upload to the platform.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

• 88fdb is not liable for direct or indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, or business losses — even if caused by technical errors, network issues, or third-party actions.
• Users participate in gaming activities of their own free will and at their own risk. Users are aware of the risk of losing money through gambling.
• 88fdb is not responsible for the performance of third-party services, websites, or technologies.
• 88fdb is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
